We support DKIM on your own domain.
For new domains bought through us this is automatically setup. If you use your own domain, you will have to make DNS changes to support this. To learn which DNS settings you need to make go to your Dashboard/Account page and go to “Manage Domain” and then to “Settings”. Here is a section called DKIM which helps you further.
Older domains bought through Soverin.
For older domains which do not have DKIM enabled there is a manual action required to get this setup. Please open a support ticket (with your domain name) to request DKIM to be setup. We'll be glad to help!
